The shuttle ride from downtown Juneau to the Mendenhall Glacier is a convenient and scenic way to visit this stunning natural wonder. Here's what you can expect:

Duration: The shuttle ride typically takes about 30 minutes there and about 30 minutes back to dtown from the Glacier, we usually recomend about 2 hours at the glacier, we can adjust pickup times based off your desired schedule.

Pickup and Drop-off: The shuttle usually picks up passengers from the cruise ship terminal (your ship dock) and drops them off at the Mendenhall Glacier Visitors' Center.

Narration: During the ride, you'll often get a narrated tour providing interesting information about the area and what to expect at the glacier.

Exploration Time: Once you arrive, you'll have around two hours or more to explore the area on your own. You can visit the Mendenhall Glacier Visitors' Center, hike to Nugget Creek Falls, or take the Photo Point Trail for a great view of the glacier.

Return Trip: Make sure to keep an eye on your pick-up time to meet back up to ride back downtown while also stopping at the Juneau Whale Statue for a few photos. ride back is about 30 minutes. we will be in contact via call or text in case you want extended time at the Glacier.

It's a great way to see the glacier without the hassle of driving or navigating public transportation on your own.
